本用户协议（下称“本协议”）规范您对satosong珊瑚冲软件、satosong珊瑚冲网站、应用程序及相关服务（统称“服务”）的访问和使用。访问或使用服务即表示您同意接受本协议的约束。
1. 适用范围与资格
您须具备符合法律规定的、能够订立具有约束力合同的完全民事行为能力，方可使用satosong珊瑚冲提供的软件、网站、应用程序及相关服务。如果您代表任何法人或其他组织使用服务，即表示您已获得充分的合法授权。
2. 软件服务许可
在您遵守本协议的前提下，satosong珊瑚冲授予您一项有限的、非排他性的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您出于个人或内部商业目的访问和使用服务。
除本协议明确授予您的权利外，satosong珊瑚冲不向您授予任何其他权利。
3. 合理使用规范
• 您同意在使用服务时不得：
• 违反任何适用法律或法规；
• 侵犯第三方的知识产权、隐私或其他合法权益；
• 干扰、破坏或试图未经授权访问服务的正常运行；
• 在法律禁止的情况下对服务进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编，或试图获取服务的源代码。
4. 用户内容
您对通过服务提交、发布的内容（“用户内容”）享有相应的合法权利。为了运营、维护及改进服务，您同意授予satosong珊瑚冲一项在全球范围内、免版税（免费）、非排他性的许可，允许我们存储、复制及限于服务运营、维护和改善的必要范围内"您的用户内容。
除法律另有要求外，当用户内容被删除或账户终止时，该授权亦随之终止。
5. 隐私与个人信息保护
satosong珊瑚冲将依据其发布的《隐私政策》处理您的个人信息，该隐私政策构本协议不可分割的一部分。
6. 第三方服务
服务中可能包含第三方提供的服务或链接。satosong珊瑚冲不对任何第三方服务的内容、可用性、准确性或行为承担责任，您使用第三方服务须遵守其各自的服务条款及隐私政策。
7. 暂停与终止
如果您违反本协议，或出于遵守法律义务、保障系统安全的必要情形，satosong珊瑚冲有权暂停或终止您对服务的访问。协议终止后，您使用服务的许可将立即失效。
8. 免责声明
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务均按**“现状”（As is）及“可获得性”**（As available）提供。satosong珊瑚冲不作任何明示或默示的承诺与担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途的适用性以及不侵犯第三方权益的担保。因重大过失或故意行为导致的责任不适用本免责"。
9. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，satosong珊瑚冲对因使用或无法使用服务所产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任。
本协议不排除或限制因故意行为、重大过失、人身伤害或法律规定不得排除的其他法定责任。
10. 赔偿责任
在法律允许的范围内，如因您违反本协议或不当使用服务而导致第三方提出索赔，您同意对satosong珊瑚冲及其关联方进行赔偿，并使其免受损害。
11. 法律适用与争议解决
除适用法律另有强制性规定外：
• 位于中国大陆境内的用户：本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台），因本协议引起的争议应提交至法院进行仲裁；
• 位于中国大陆境外的用户：本协议适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律，因本协议引起的争议应提交至香港国际仲裁中心进行仲裁。
• 本条争议解决条款不影响消费者依据其经常居住地法律所享有的法定权利。
12. 协议变更
satosong珊瑚冲可能会不时更新本协议。若变更属于重大变更，我们将依法提前向您发出邮件通知。您在变更生效后继续使用服务，即视为您接受更新后的协议。

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of the satosong software, satosong website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Scope and Eligibility
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts as required by applicable law in order to use the software, websites, applications, and related services provided by satosong . If you are using the Services on behalf of any legal entity or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have obtained sufficient legal authorization to do so.
2. Software Service License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, satosong grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
Other than the rights expressly granted to you under this Agreement, satosong does not grant you any other rights.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
• You agree that you shall not, while using the Services:
• violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other lawful rights of any third party;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the normal operation of the Services;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. User Content
You retain all applicable legal rights to any content you submit or post through the Services ("User Content"). In order to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, you grant satosong a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and use your User Content solely to the extent necessary for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Services. Unless otherwise required by law, this license terminates when your User Content is deleted or your account is terminated.
5. Privacy and Personal Information Protection
satosong will process your personal information in accordance with its published Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain services or links provided by third parties. satosong assumes no responsibility for the content, availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Suspension and Termination
satosong reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach this Agreement, or where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to ensure the security of the system. Upon termination of this Agreement, your license to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Satosong makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights. This disclaimer does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satosong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.
This Agreement does not exclude or limit liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless satosong and its affiliates from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your improper use of the Services.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Except where otherwise mandated by applicable law:
• For users located within Mainland China: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to arbitration before the [insert specific arbitration commission, e.g., China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)] for arbitration.
• For users located outside Mainland China: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration.
• This dispute resolution clause shall not affect the statutory rights of consumers under the laws of their country of habitual residence.
12. Amendments to This Agreement
satosong may update this Agreement from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice to you via email as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
