About Shipping

1. Order Fulfill Time

Normally, the order will be shipped out within 3 working days.

If there is a national holiday (such as Chinese New Year), the order lead time will be longer — this can be communicated on a case‑by‑case basis.

We will upload the tracking number ASAP. However, the delivery time depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control.

Estimated delivery time (ETA) varies by destination:
US, Australia, Canada, Colombia, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom: 5 to 15 business days.

2. Shipping Method

We typically select the faster and more efficient shipping method for all packages.

Should there be any changes, we will notify you via email.

3. Why isn't my tracking updated?

Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

You will receive a shipping notification when we process your order; however, it may take some time for the courier to receive and scan the package into their system.

4. Order Tracking

  • For orders from Korea:
    Please provide your personal customs code or ID# as requested by Korean customs clearance. You can remark your personal customs code or ID# in your online order. We use it only for customs clearance and will not disclose it to other parties.

  • For buyers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao:
    Please provide the address in Chinese characters. If you have a Chinese name, it is better to include it in your online order as well.
